All are invited to participate who take care of loved ones with dementia.

 

Symptoms of Caregivers' Stress:  Denial, Anger, Social Withdrawal, Anxiety, Depression, Exhaustion, Sleepiness, Irritability, Lack of Concentration and Health Problems.

 

Staying healthy is an important aspect of being a successful caregiver.  If you can identify signs of burnout contact your physician or other healthcare professional for help.
